Training
We invite applications through Local News papers
and All India Radio, Trichy
Scrutiny of the applications are done as per the
New guidelines
We conduct pre screening for selection of
candidates
For screening committee we invite members from
MANAGE, NABARD, Banker, Director of
Agriculture.
Training
For the inaugural and valedictory functions we
invite officials from NABARD , Agrl. Department
and Bank.
In the training we invite the faculty from the
following departments like NABARD, Department of
Agriculture, Horticulture, Marketing, Veterinary
sciences, Commercial Bank, Professors from
Agricultural University, Trichy
Conduct the Training Programmes as per the
guidelines
Schedule, Midterm Report & Final
Evaluation reports are sent to MANAGE on
time.
Registers are maintained for Daily
Attendance, Accommodation & for Follow-
up activity.
During the Training & Field Visits, daily
attendance register is maintained.
Feedback will be taken on individual
basis and overall feed back of the
program will be taken from
participants.
We collect all the DPR from the
participant on last day and we send it
to concerned banks.
We provide library and internet
facility to the trainees.

• Forwarding project proposal to the
banks
• Visiting the established ventures
• Establishing rapport between
Agripreneurs and bankers
• Motivating the Agripreneurs to continue
the established ventures
Handholding
• Apprising the Agripreneurs about the guidelines governing
subsidy and interest components from time to time.
• Getting DPRs vetted by Agri Officer of commercial bank
• Meeting Department of Agriculture officials.
• Attending / Participating in meeting organized by
MANAGE alongwith the Agripreneurs
• Followup with NABARD for release of Subsidy
Market survey
Separate questionnaire for Market Survey.
The DPR is prepared strictly based on individual Market
Survey Reports.
DPR Preparation
Resource Person, Bank Officials and Nodal officer are involved
in the DPRs preparation.
 The DPRs contain a place for Extension activities.
Involvement of State government &
ATMA
Maintaining rapport with ATMA to utilize the
services of trained Agripreneurs.
State Government, Bankers and University
officials are invited to the guest lectures for
Training and also to show successful
Enterprises which has helped in sensitizing
them and also building rapport.

ELIGIBLE PERSONS  GRADUATES IN AGRICULTURE & ALLIED SUBJECTS ALLIED SUBJECTS  DIPLOMA HOLDERS (WITH 50% MARKS)/PG DIPLOMA HOLDERS IN AGRI AND ALLIED SUBJECTS FROM SAU, STATE AGRI. & ALLIED DEPTS. AND STATE DEPT OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION.  BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE GRADUATES WITH PG IN AGRI AND ALLIED SUBJECTS.  DEGREE HOLDERS IN COURSES RECOGNISED BY UGC HAVING MORE THAN 60% OF THE CONTENT IN AGRI. & ALLIED SUBJECTS.

  • 11. EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS  PROJECT COST LIMIT IS EXTENDED BY ` 5 LAKH I.E. ` 20 LAKH + ` 5 LAKH = ` 25 LAKH)  TO BE APPROVED BY EMPOWERED STEERING COMMITTEE USING ABOVE CRITERIA  BASED ON DEFINED CRITERIA AND SCORING FOR THE SAME

TERM LOAN  SHOULD BE COMPOSITE (FIXED CAPITAL + WC FOR 1 OPERATING CYCLE)  REPAYMENT SCHEDULE IS TO BE DRAWN ON THE TOTAL COMPOSITE LOAN INCLUDING SUBSIDY  REPAYMENT PERIOD : 5-10 YEARS DEPENDING ON ACTIVITY  MAX GRACE PERIOD : 2 YEARS  ROI ON LOAN : RBI GUIDELINES/POLICY OF THE BANK  LOCK-IN PERIOD : 3 YEARS
  • 13. MARGIN MONEY  AS PER RBI GUIDELINES  NO MARGIN FOR LOAN UPTO ` 5 LAKH  50% OF THE MARGIN MONEY AS SOFT LOAN FROM NABARD

CREDIT LINKED COMPOSITE SUBSIDY  44% FOR WOMEN, SC/ST AND ALL CATEGORIES OF BORROWERS FROM NER, HILLY STATES  36% FOR ALL OTHERS  RELEASED UPFRONT IN ONE INSTALMENT BY NABARD TO BANKS AFTER SANCTION OF LOAN  ALL CANDIDATES TRAINED UNDER THE SCHEME SHALL BE ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSIDY IF LOAN IS SANCTIONED ON OR AFTER 9.7.2006
  • 16. CREDIT LINKED COMPOSITE SUBSIDY  BANK TO KEEP SUBSIDY IN ‘SUBSIDY RESERVE FUND ACCOUNT (BORROWER WISE)’  BANKS NOT TO CHARGE INTEREST ON SUBSIDY PORTION  BALANCE IN THE ‘SUBSIDY RESERVE FUND ACCOUNT’ WILL NOT FORM PART OF DTL

  • 22.  WHERE MISUTILIZATION OF SUBSIDY HAS BEEN NOTICED BANK SHALL REFUND THE SUBSIDY TO NABARD  A CONSOLIDATED REPORT IS TO BE FINALIZED BY THE BANK BEFORE 3 YEARS LOCK-IN PERIOD FOR FORWARDING TO NABARD/ATMA FOR INFORMATION  TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION : 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF DISB. OF 1ST INSTALMENT (PLUS ADDITIONAL 6 MOTHS FOR JUSTIFYABLE DELAY)

Innovations • Creating awareness about ACABC programmes through our KVK activities • Using all social media to raise awareness about the programme – Whatsapp, Facebook • Inviting success FPO members to handle session to candidates • Providing exposure visits to FPOs, successful farmers • Availing Consultancy Service of a successful Agripreneur for DPR preparation • Utilizing KVK faculty for handholding support

Training We invite applications through Local News papers and All India Radio, Trichy Scrutiny of the applications are done as per the New guidelines We conduct pre screening for selection of candidates For screening committee we invite members from MANAGE, NABARD, Banker, Director of Agriculture.
  • 27. Training For the inaugural and valedictory functions we invite officials from NABARD , Agrl. Department and Bank. In the training we invite the faculty from the following departments like NABARD, Department of Agriculture, Horticulture, Marketing, Veterinary sciences, Commercial Bank, Professors from Agricultural University, Trichy Conduct the Training Programmes as per the guidelines
  • 28. Schedule, Midterm Report & Final Evaluation reports are sent to MANAGE on time. Registers are maintained for Daily Attendance, Accommodation & for Follow- up activity. During the Training & Field Visits, daily attendance register is maintained.
  • 29. Feedback will be taken on individual basis and overall feed back of the program will be taken from participants. We collect all the DPR from the participant on last day and we send it to concerned banks. We provide library and internet facility to the trainees.
  • 30. Handholding • Forwarding project proposal to the banks • Visiting the established ventures • Establishing rapport between Agripreneurs and bankers • Motivating the Agripreneurs to continue the established ventures
  • 31. Handholding • Apprising the Agripreneurs about the guidelines governing subsidy and interest components from time to time. • Getting DPRs vetted by Agri Officer of commercial bank • Meeting Department of Agriculture officials. • Attending / Participating in meeting organized by MANAGE alongwith the Agripreneurs • Followup with NABARD for release of Subsidy
  • 32. Market survey Separate questionnaire for Market Survey. The DPR is prepared strictly based on individual Market Survey Reports. DPR Preparation Resource Person, Bank Officials and Nodal officer are involved in the DPRs preparation.  The DPRs contain a place for Extension activities.
  • 33. Involvement of State government & ATMA Maintaining rapport with ATMA to utilize the services of trained Agripreneurs. State Government, Bankers and University officials are invited to the guest lectures for Training and also to show successful Enterprises which has helped in sensitizing them and also building rapport.
