I have been teaching science to adolescents since 1990 and now also participate in the formation of new teachers as an adjunct professor. I hold a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialty in Educational Policy and School Reform. Though I intend to remain a full-time science teacher, I would also like to expand my involvement in new-teacher development. I was elected to the School Committee for the Town of Weymouth, MA on November 3, 2015.
