I am in receipt of your email below. You seem to have difficulty understanding
Igor's position, so I thought I would step in and add my two cents.
Igor is the Primary Residential parent AND has ultimate decision-making authority
with regard to issues involving Mila's well-being if the two of you cannot reach
agreement. He is exercising that authority to deny you any unsupervised
visitation at all. He is taking this step because you have doggedly demonstrated
that you have no capacity to understand or implement decisions which are in
Mila's best interest. Your repeated false claims of abuse, your repeated
attempts to poison Mila to believe that Igor is abusing her, and your
continuously bringing Mila in to the hospital and to medical providers for
examinations and drug testing (including taking and freezing urine samples for
later testing), illustrate clearly that in the guise of loving and protecting
your child, you are actually abusing her emotionally and otherwise. Mila is not
safe in your care at this point.
Accordingly, Igor will refuse you ANY unsupervised time with Mila. If you would
like to have supervised time with Mila, then Igor will be happy to arrange it, at
your expense, at Connections for Kids. If you desire unsupervised time with your
child, then either accept service of process of our Motions, or file one of your
own, and I shall be happy to accept service of process. You can then explain
yourself to Judge Moskowitz.
You only seem to cite and respect the Court's Orders when you are demanding
something. You recently took your daughter to Washington and kept her there, in
direct violation of the Court Orders.
Please obtain an attorney.

Just because we are a week further doesn’t mean that all the important things
disappeared or anything changed.
Stop hiding and accept service so we can move further and depending on that we
can see what the schedule will be, whether or not you can see Mila unsupervised,
how often, etc. Then we can talk about vacations and other things.
You need to pay child support so we can pay Mila’s school bills. You are not
paying for over two months now-it is almost 10 weeks that you are behind.
You need to make your official address and employment status known in order to
proceed transparently to resolve the issues that have arisen due to your latest
actions. Do not expect that I will put all of this aside and expose Mila to more
of your emotional harassment and games. Enough of that!
Mila is doing well, she is happy and healthy. She has no wish to hear more of the
things you have been forcing her to hear and say, together with your ex Patrick
and the Sorrento friends. She loves you but you need to stop. A vacation in DC
and bunch of toys are not going to make all of that disappear or make it
acceptable for her. As I said - enough is enough!
We have a doctor’s visit scheduled for tomorrow for her vaccination schedule. She
might receive her first vaccine tomorrow if everything is ok – it will be the
DtaP. Mila has no vaccines and no protection to any of the infectious diseases
she might get exposed to, certainly with you frequently taking her on an airplane
and with her being at school. I am not taking any risks when it comes to her
health and so far you were successful in pushing this very important issue away.
Mila’s health is nr.1 priority. Her well being too. Either get on board and be
the parent she needs or play your games elsewhere.

3. If you have interest in more information either write about that in an e-mail or
call at our home to talk to her. Again, accept service and show up in court so
we can move forward. Pay child support instead of private investigators. Show
some responsibility and stop pretending everything is ok.
You are not making her life easier this way, but we will make it anyway and do
well-I will do anything for her to have a normal life. Just because you choose to
be destructive doesn’t mean we will follow you or let you pull us with you.

I am Igor's attorney. I need to be clear with you and Dr. Handrahan (and her
advisors) and DHHS about your ability to release Mila to Dr. Handrahan. The most
recent Order from the Court (see attached at p. 5) indicates that Igor has
ultimate decision-making authority if the parties cannot come to agreement on any
"important decisions that are made involving Mila." In light of Dr. Handrahan's
recent false reports to DHHS of abuse, her coaching Mila to parrot false, bad
things about her father, her bringing her in for frequent, unnecessary medical
evaluations and drug testing on her urine and feces, her taking Mila out of state

4. and refusing to return her in violation of the Order and of state and federal
law, and refusing to disclose her location or make contact between Mila and Igor
possible, Igor firmly believes that ANY unsupervised contact between Dr.
Handrahan and Mila is not only NOT in Mila's best interest, but it would be
harmful for Mila.
Accordingly, Igor is making the decision -- as is his court-determined right --
that you may not release Mila to Dr. Handrahan under any circumstances.
Moreover, any contact between Mila and Dr. Handrahan at this time is
unacceptable. If and when a Court Order requires it, you may turn over Mila to
Dr. Handrahan, but not before that time.
I am sorry that you are not caught in an uncomfortable position right now. Igor
feels terrible about that. But he did not choose to be in this place, and most
importantly, neither did Mila. I know that caring for and protecting children is
your life's work. Will you please confirm that you received this email and that
you will comply with Igor's direction? Thank you.
