different cultures, develop their skills as a
negotiator and sensitivity to foster a dialogue
towards diversity and inclusion from the
reality of each organization

AND HOW WOULD YOU GO ABOUT FIXING IT?  Some of the biggest mistakes that today's leaders are committing are not attending to diversity, not favoring collective intelligence, leading without developing and innovating without roots  For me the leader must seek to understand different cultures, develop their skills as a negotiator and sensitivity to foster a dialogue towards diversity and inclusion from the reality of each organization

WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE 2 OR 3 GREATEST OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERS OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL YEARS?  The greatest opportunities for leaders in the coming years are the development of leadership as a collective process, the development of coaching and mentoring skills to accompany others by invoking their best talents  Facilitating the development of networks and assuming the capacity to reevaluate their approaches to guide their organizations in the new, volatile and complex global realities
