Special Assignments.
Worked as Additional Divisional Railway Manager and was responsible for the
entire operation and Human Resource work of around 17,000 employee of
Nagpur division.
Worked as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) with Bharat Heavy Electrical
Limited (A Maharatna Company) for 3 years and assisted the Maharatna
Company to complete the prestigious order of 200 AC Locomotives in
stipulated time frame.
Worked as Director, Centre for Advanced Maintenance Technology, Gwalior,
for 3 years and was responsible for formulating, documenting and
standardising the maintenance practices and procedures of Railway
locomotives for reliable and efficient operation.
Previous Assignments.
Over 28 years intensive/extensive experience of working at various levels of
management of rail network from field level to management level in Western
Railway, SER, NCR, Central Railways and BHEL (Maharatna PSU).
Formulation, implementation and monitoring of railway operations in different
important divisions of Indian Railways.
Formulation, implementation and monitoring of railway safety management
systems.
