than transport of sick baby after birth

In developing countries -
Facilities are scarce & not easily available
Families have poor resources
Organized & equipped services (vehicles) are
not available
No health provider is available to accompany
the baby
Facilities are not fully geared up to receive
sick NB
Communication system are not existent or
inefficient
