The excretory or urinary system is responsible for producing liquid waste from the body in the form of urine. The kidneys remove waste from the blood using nephrons, which are tiny filters. The urine is then stored in the bladder and passes through the urethra when the bladder is full. The solid waste produced after eating is feces.
