Dr. William B. Clark was raised on a farm in Paris, Tennessee. After high school, he enrolled at Lambuth College in Jackson, Tennessee, where he played baseball and studied biology. Between semesters, Dr. Clark could be found at home, lending a hand on the farm. After earning his Bachelor of Science, Dr. William B. Clark went on to the University of Tennessee in Memphis, where he received his Doctor of Medicine in 1982. After medical school, Dr. William B. Clark completed his otolaryngology residency at the Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland and his internship at the San Diego Naval Hospital in California. He went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps for two years.
