Unity

UNITY
Behold how and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together
in unity
Psalms 133:1
Unity means that being in solidarity in the service of
humanity, and is about sharing a common vision and working
together towards the same dream. We must develop this value
by being united with the nation and the people, and by
fighting against forces that threaten unity.

Equality

Then God said: Let us make man in our image, after one
likeness.
Genesis 1:26
Every person should be given equal opportunity to develop,
build as a person. They are assured of equality if their
human rights are guaranteed. This is developed by treating
everyone with kindness, fairness and without prejudice. With
this, we are able to preserve the value of equality.
EQUALITY

Respect for Law and
Government

RESPECT FOR LAW AND GOVERNMENT
They show that the demands of the law are written in their
hearts, while their conscience also bears witness and the
conflicting thoughts accuse and even defend them.
Romans 2:15
The law and government should not serve the interests of the
few, and are not meant to enslave people. They are meant to
establish order in society, rather give the preferential
option to serve the less-fortunate members of society.

Patriotism

The willing sacrifice of the innocent is the most powerful
answer to insolent tyranny that has been conceived by god and
man

Patriotism is about loving one’s country by being a good
citizen, responding to the call of service, and looking over
his fellow countrymen in need. It is every person’s duty and
responsibility to aid and contribute in the country’s
development, protecting the country’s integrity, and
maintaining the rights and country of the people.

Promoting the
Common Good

PROMOTION OF THE COMMON GOOD
Common Good is a ‘substantial and extremely fertile estate’,
no crowding or diminishment as it is shared with others
Acts 2:44-45
The Common Good is working together for the greater good of
many rather than the personal benefit of the few. By
promoting and upholding the Common Good, we are guarding the
human rights of the people, should move us to share and reach
out to people in need. This is developed by being kind and
charitable to others, promoting an attitude of service
towards each other, and reaching to those in need and less
fortunate
