The concept of Ambassador Program is based on AIESEC global campus network & global internship program, sending
Chinese young talent abroad through AIESEC channel, as the Global Ambassador for our company partners.
We’ll send the Chinese ambassador as the global marketing team leader, leading a local marketing team with 4-5 local
students in the target region or campus. (We’ll prioritize students with AIESEC oversea volunteer experience background)
The oversea marketing team led by our Global Ambassador will base in the campus, do the campus marketing for our
company partner’s product for at least 3 month, with clear KPI and feedback/tracking system.
Can both achieve global product branding & employer branding.

Business Need:
AIESEC sourced talent is the strategic resource in key business
processes. Eg: Marketing, Sales and Innovation.
Long term leadership recruitment aimed to develop and retain
top leadership talents
Leverage on specific skills and competencies acquired by
AIESEC talent (Leadership soft skills, engineering specific skills
and entrepreneurial outlook/globally minded) with a clearly
defined sourcing strategy to grow the business in specific focus
regions.
Outcomes:
Long term leadership recruitment strategy worked really well
since the beginning of the partnership. AIESEC talent now
forms the leadership team of some of the core strategic
business units. AIESEC program used to scale up operations in
newly acquired markets in Asia Pacific and Latin America.
