The target audience for this advert is people aged 25-45 years who are looking for a healthy
lifestyle and lose weight by using their campaign. You can tell it is this target audience
because the announcer is telling the person watching the video to lose weight to lay off
pressure of COVID-19 and the people in the video are all adults.
The cinematography is used very effectively in this advert because when the announcer says
that extra weight puts extra pressure on COVID-19, there is an eye level/close-up shot which
shows a nurse who could be working on COVID-19 and helping patients. By the producer
using this shot, it shows that the person watching the advert can make a difference by losing
weight and helping her help patients with COVID-19.
At the start of the advert, the clock smashes indicating that people need a wake-up call and
change their mindset and loose weight. The edits/transitions are very fast, and the
voiceover is very direct and it also is telling you to do it immediately. Following the clock
breaking, the balloon also pops quickly also showing that you must follow the instructions.
This helps me generate an idea because I want people in my video to change for the better
and this video is telling you exactly that. I want to do the same to tell people do to a certain
thing with no excuses and I want it to be motivational for the audience.

The target audience for this TV advert is aimed at families and children aged
between 0-16 and we can tell that this advert is for that target audience
because the voiceover is voiced by a kid and the TV advert is cartoon so it is
easier for the young person to understand what is happening in the advert.
In this TV advert, you can see that the TV advert it is trying sugar is the main
problem for families and can cause long-term diseases. The tv advert is telling
families to turn to low sugar swaps and kill the sugar presented on the tv ad.
This is very effective to the target audience because when the high sugar
product shows, the sugar is there but when the lower sugar product shows the
sugar disappears which makes it very easy to understand for the younger
people watching the advert.

The target audience for this tv advert is for adults between 25-40 and we can
tell this is aimed at this audience because it is all adults showing in the advert
and the advert feels very direct to adults and telling them to change.
The tv advert starts with some people struggling and making life seem hard for
the person watching this video but as you can see people recovering and trying
their hardest to make a difference, the music becomes more upbeat and finally
when it shows people on the rise and making life look fun, the music is very
calming.
Near the end of the advert, the editing is very slick and every shot is showing
someone who is happy and making a difference in their life. The voiceover says
that you can change how you feel tomorrow slowly and get yourself on-track.
This has helped me to generate an idea for my advert because it is showing
that if life seems hard, you have to push for your goals no matter what. In this
video, you can see people trying their hardest and trying to achieve their goals
4. and by the end of the video, you can see them happy because they have done
what they needed to do.
I am going to do something very similar to this because I will include
motivation for the people watching the advert who are wanting to change
their life for the good. I will use this motivation by using motivational words
and showing there is a range of different exercises you can do to stay active.

The target audience for tv advert is for everyone but mostly adults who are
worried about going to the gym. We can tell it is aimed at people worrying
about starting the gym because at the start the person in shot says “Everyone
looks so good” and then the trainer says “Everyone’s got a gym face” indicating
that everyone is the same at the gym and there will be no difference if you are
new to the gym.
During the advert, they show different people of all ages and gender showing
different activities you can do in the gym. This shows you can do anything in
the gym. This advert is very energetic as it wants you to go to their gym. At the
end of the video, it shows the person at the start of video on one of the
machines. She is trying and the voiceover says “Now that’s a face” showing
that she has blended in with everyone and has a “Gym Face.”
6. This helped me massively to generate an idea because it tells people that
everyone can or already is a natural in the gym and everyone has a unique
thing whilst in the gym and for this advert, that is a ‘gym face’.
It is telling people that are nervous to start the gym to fit in by putting on a
‘gym face’. This relates to what I want to do because I want to make it feel like
everyone can do exercise and you don’t have to be separate from everyone
else.
To do this, I will show different activities other than the gym that can keep you
fit and well whilst doing the things you enjoy the best.
