ADVANTAGES
E3 edgeband makes the furniture waterproof and termite
proof to a great extent. Edge band increases the life of
furniture by minimum 5 times. Most of time, the furniture
gets damage due to water or termite which mainly enters
through sides of the ply/board/mdf. When we used
wooden bit, it does not stop termite or water entering
from sides. But E3 edgeband is made of pure plastic,
which 100% stops the water and termite to enter from
sides.
E3 edgeband does not require paint or polish time to time
like wooden bit. The design does not fade or get damage
due to daily cleaning because of UV Layer..
Wooden bit does not match with the table top or
laminates but edgeband matches perfectly with all
surfaces.
E3 edgeband is a finished product. Just paste it and forget
it.
The price of E3 edgeband is much lower than the price of
wooden bit. Wooden bit price is in running feet while the
price of edgeband is in running meter. 1 meter is equal to
3.2 feet.
E3 edgeband is a eco friendly product. We have to cut
trees for making wooden beedings. E3 edgeband not only
increases the life of existing wooden furniture, it is also
100% recyclable product. It can be crushed in the machine
and new edge band can be made from same material.
E3 edgeband makes the sides of furniture soft. Adults
and small kids does not get any cut or injury due to
sharp edges by other coverings.
No use of nails. Sometimes, a small portion of nails
comes out of beeding and damage our clothes. E3
edgeband is completely nail free product, hence no
damage.
It takes only 4 to 5 hours to dry.
Minimum adhesive is used for pasting. Only a thin layer
of good adhesive is required to paste.
