Employees prefer to stay private and self-determined when it
comes to learning
Experts see a high potential in MOOCs as a complementary HR
offer, but a demand for change of company culture & adaption
Bottom-up participation resolves administrative key barriers
for companies and wrong perception/expectations
HR managers´ unawareness can be solved by using the
experience of MOOC-learning employees
