Note: You don’t need to sign up for a flickr account to get CC flickr photos – but if you need a library photo, talk to Emily
Flickr automatically notes photo rights, whether they’re copyright or have creative commons licenses. On some photos you may have to scroll down a lot to find the section.
If they’re using an alias, you’ll need to check their profile page to see if they list their real name publicly there.
If you don’t see this button, it’s a copyright photo and you shouldn’t use it without asking the photographer for permission (talk to Emily about how to do this with our account) Remember that for facebook notes, the thumbnails are automatically resized for you, so just choose the size you want in the note. If you have trouble seeing where the file downloads, it may be an issue with your browser. You can right click and do “save image as” or talk to Emily about adjusting your browser settings to have more control.
