• What are PRE HUNG DOORS?
• A Pre Hung Door comes with everything needed
to install and setup. It is a door slab that comes
with its own frame and hinges. A prehung
door simply means that the door is already
mounted onto the frame, which saves you all the
work of mortising the frame and the door to
receive the hinges. ... While using prehung
doors will greatly simplify your installation, you
need to be certain that the door is correctly
ordered to fit the opening.

7. • How Pre-Hung doors are supplied?
• At site, the wall opening sizes are measured by
our team from Factory. You have to specify,
the section, the species, the finish you need.
Generally the finishes are Paintable, Melamine
polish, PU polish or Laminate finish, to the
entire set i.e., for the frame and the door. As
per your order, final finish is made in the
factory and brought to the site, Installed at
the site by our team.

8. • What are the Benefits are Pre-Hung Sets?
• Generally all the construction people or the builders
purchase the frames after wall construction, install them
and make wall plastering.
• Spray water on the walls for curing and indirectly feed
water to the frames. After tiles work or flooring work,
the door measurements are taken, and doors will be
fitted.
• Here comes the problem. After door fitting, within 3
months, the doors get stuck up in the frame, and will be
hard to open, because frames try to adjust to the
atmospheric condition outside and the moisture tries to
evaporate or absorb from open air.
• The painter / polisher comes and does his work,
increasing the slight thickness of the materials with the
applied coat. Hence, there will be again trimming
program after door and frame fixing.

9. • To overcome this, PRE-HUNG DOORS
measurements are taken after the final finish of
the walls and then fitted perfectly, with fine polish
or paint with all the accessories pre fitted at the
factory and will be aligned with a precision at the
site.
• Here, there is no involvement of different persons
like, frame supplier, door supplier, painter, installer
to blame one over the other for any default.
• The factory holds responsible for the entire task.
Also, the amount is invested in the final step for
the materials rather than, buying materials step by
step like, frames, doors, hardwares, installation,
fixing etc..
