Main Tasks:
 Make analysis for the 2G/ 3G Log files for (sites - clusters – main roads).
 Analyzing & reporting the hot spots problems & points of customer complain.
 Investigate Field problems like :
( Non–working sites/sectors, Dropped calls, Blocked calls, Missing Neighbors,
One–way neighbors, Faulty Installations ,Cross sectors, Feeders, Rx diversity,
Coverage holes, Not happening handovers, Ping–Pong Handovers , High Interference
Spots, bad coverage ,Quality areas , Overshooting sites ) .
 Supporting the optimizers with recommendations from the Field & by analyzing
the Log file like:
- Proposing antenna azimuth and tilt changes.
- Defining missing neighbor relations.
- Adjusting Handover margins ( PBGT & BQHO Margin).
- Changing power parameters depends on the need from the field.
