from Adelphi University, New
York with a BBA, Major in Accounting
in 1989. Member of ACCA since 2012.
Advanced Certificate, Cyprus Securities
and Exchange Commission(CYSEC),
2014. Dmitry’s career started in 1985 with
Ricoh copiers followed by Manufacturers
Hanover Trust Bank and KPMG, all in
New York. In Cyprus since 1990, Dmitry
worked for Coopers  Lybrand and Bank
of Cyprus at the Treasury. Director of the
Consulco group of Companies since it’s
foundation in 1993, overall responsible
for the CIS market and business
development of the group.

Mr. Ryabov joined UniCredit Bank from
the position of the Head of Business
Development at Alianz ROSNO Asset
Management. He started his career
in finance sphere at CitiBank in 2002,
where he gained a wide experience of
operating with private equity. In 2005
from the position of Senior Citi Gold
Executive Mr. Ryabov assumed his new
responsibilities as Mutual Funds Sales

where in 2008 he was transferred to the

Vasiliy Mikhailovich

Martin has enjoyed a
distinguished career in the
financial services industry.
He has achieved significant success

In addition to Oracle Capital Group
Martin has been appointed to a number
of Boards including Otkritie Capital
International, where he chairs the Board
Risk Committee, the Moscow Stock
Exchange and Piton Capital. He also
provides specialist consultancy services
to some of the world’s leading financial
organisations.
Between 2003 and 2009 Martin was
Director of Markets and Chairman of AIM
at London Stock Exchange PLC where he
had direct responsibility for over $500m
of revenues and 75% of group profits.
Martin personally led the exchange’s
transformational growth strategy
focussed on driving market efficiency
and resulting in a fivefold increase in
market size between 2003 and 2008.
In addition he was instrumental in
building the company’s international
franchise, significantly outperforming
all other major competitors. Martin has
been closely involved in the flotation of
numerous companies both on the LSE’s
Main Market and AIM.
Prior to joining the London Stock
Exchange, Martin held a series of senior
positions in the global financial services
industry including Head of Pan European
Equities and Global Head of Equity Sales
at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Martin
started his career as an asset manager.
He graduated from the London School
of Economics and has also studied at
Stanford University.

Tim Talkington is head of
the Securities Franchise for
Russia/CIS. He first joined
Goldman Sachs in 2000 in
London, where he headed
New Markets Equity Research
and was a multi-industry conglomerates
and special situations analyst through
2002. Tim rejoined the firm in Moscow
as a managing director in 2007.
Prior to joining the firm, Tim worked at
Global Securities in Istanbul, Turkey, from
1993 to 1997, covering multi-industry
conglomerates and managing the equity
research department. From 1997 to 1999,
he worked as an EMEA Emerging Markets
sales specialist at UBS in London. Tim
returned to a research role at Donaldson,
Lufkin  Jenrette International from 1999
to 2000, covering special situations and
multi-industry conglomerates in EMEA
Emerging Markets. In early 2003, he
joined UBS in Moscow as head of equity
products and subsequently became head
of equity distribution for Russia/CIS.
Tim earned a BBA, with honors, from The
University of Texas at Austin.
Karapet Lulukyan is
Head of HNWI, VTB Capital
Investment Management.
Karapet Lulukyan joined
VTB Capital Investment
Management in January 2015. He is
responsible for relationship management
with high-net-worth private investors.
Prior to VTB Capital IM Karapet worked
at Raiffeisen Asset Management as Head
of Discretionary Asset Management
Department.
Karapet graduated from finance and
banking faculty of the Russian Presidential
Academy of National Economy and
Public Administration. He is FFMS 1.0
and 5.0 certified.
Anna Matveyeva -

Anna Matveyeva joined the Sberbank
Private Banking team in April 2012.
Her responsibilities include developing
business infrastructure and interacting
with various divisions of the Sberbank
Group. Anna joined Sberbank in 2009
as Project Director of the Strategy and
Development Department. Prior to
this she spent over ten years working
in the investment banking industry at
companies such as Troika Dialog and
Renaissance Capital, and was a Senior
Analyst at Standard  Poor’s. Anna
graduated from the People’s Friendship
University of Russia with a major in

Physical and Mathematical Sciences and
also holds a master’s degree with a major

Sergey Filatov, lawyer,
MBA. Head of Representative
Office of the Cyprus largest
privately owned developing
company Pafilia Property
Developers LTD since 2012. Sergey
advises on property purchase,
maintenance and taxation matters. He
specializes in EU citizenship through
investment programs, including
recommendations on investments,
property acquisition, citizenship
application process and the documents
required for the application.
In March 2014 the Cyprus Government
announced changes to the legislation
that enables foreign investors to become
Cypriot (EU) citizens. Pafilia has 100%

In 2009 Riccardo Milan
joined Capital Strategies
Partners opening the office in
Italy, in Milan and later in
Lugano as a Director of

Riccardo Milan obtained his Master
Degree in Finance at Bocconi University,

Ruslan Snegur is

Ruslan has great professional experience
in private and institutional clients in
financial market and he was in charge for
VIP clients’ managers preparation within
Citibank Academy, performed education
for Russian Sberbank, Bank of Moscow,
Nordea Bank, SDM Bank, financial group
BrokerCreditService employees. He
headed customer departments in such
companies as: Citibank, CJSC; Deutshe
UFG Capital Management Asset;
Lider, CJSC on account of additional
academic experience in Moscow State
University of Foreign Affairs and Higher
School of Economics. That provides his

(now – Man Financial Plc.) and for 2.5
years in Russian Investment Company

Kamal Boushi, has spent
the last 30 years in financial
services primarily working in
the payments sphere. While
at American Express, Kamal
was responsible for some of
their world first innovations and worked
in many areas of the world including
Europe, Middle East, Africa, South East
Asia and Latin America. After spending
16 years at American Express Kamal then
was one of the founders of MasterCard
Advisors in Europe, Middle East, Africa
and South East Asia. A division of
MasterCard worldwide, MasterCard
Advisors rapidly became one of the
leading management consulting firms
specializing in payments and under
Kamal’s leadership it served many Blue
chip banks, including Citibank, Royal
Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro, Deutsche
bank, Santander and many others. After
spending 6 years at MasterCard Advisors,
Kamal moved on in 2006 to become a
member of the board of directors of
Russian Standard Bank, a leading retail
consumer finance bank in Russia where,
over 6 years, he has held numerous roles
shaping the bank’s Payments Strategy
leading the bank to become one of the
largest 5 Privately held banks in Russia
with 32 Million customers. In Oct 2011
Kamal joined BN bank as a member of
the board and First Vice President. In
BN bank, he was in charge of assisting
the president of the bank modernise the
bank and launch innovative new banking
services both in Russia and abroad. Since
joining the bank, he launched a Direct
Bank, Elixirbank.ru, a very innovative
Direct Banking platform and a new VIP
Private Bank, BN Exclusive
(Binexclsuive.ru) in addition to numerous
other initiatives that propelled the bank
more than 10 positions in the overall
Russian banks ranking. In 2014 – Kamal
re-joined RSB as a member of the Boards
and advisor to the Chairman. Kamal is a
British National, born in London, lives in
Moscow and is a Bonsai artist.
