SAN MATEO, Calif. – May 19, 2010 – Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFSF), the global leader
in business execution software, and McKinney Rogers, a global firm of business execution professionals,
announced they are launching a strategic global partnership to deliver a truly holistic business execution
solution. The partnership will provide leadership developments and a suite of tools and processes to
support the alignment of leaders’ goals with all individuals’ goals across an organization, in order to
deliver business critical results.

According to the Harvard Business Review, more than 90 percent of strategies fail due to poor execution.
Executing on a strategy requires aligning a wide set of factors to objectives and ensuring they are delivered.
The strategy needs be aligned with the organization’s vision, and the organization’s culture, values and
behaviors all need to support the strategy. Most organizations experience failures in some or all of these
key areas. SuccessFactors and McKinney Rogers are partnering to provide a comprehensive response to
these challenges.
