Engineered 2 Succeed intends to increase the retention rate of underrepresented students who choose to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics majors. This is accomplished through a program curriculum that teaches Lean/Six Sigma Skills, Strategic Development Knowledge and Career Relationship Involvement in the community. We are open to implement at any school that expresses a need and are open to company sponsorship for those who wish to help with diversity and inclusion in the community.
