Jennifer came to Broadcom via their acquisition of Terma Software, where she was a
Founder and the Chief Technology Officer. She started Terma Software in 2002 to
address the need for predictive analytics in the distributed and mainframe automation
markets. Prior to founding Terma, Jennifer was instrumental in bringing to market
JobVision, a mainframe and distributed job management modeling and design tool that
was acquired by Platinum Technologies in mid-1999.

• The sooner a problem is identified, the sooner impact
to the SLA can be thwarted
• Automation intelligence uses machine learning to build
a record of historical norms and identify variances and
anomalies as they develop
• Predictive analytics can see and alert potential SLA
violations as they are developing in near-real time
• IT operations are more effective with dynamic
management of SLAs and can quickly identify root
causes and resolve issues before the SLA is knocked
