larger-than-life Bollywood premiere vibe,
followed by a red carpet experience.

17. REGISTRATION
The registered guests will be asked to collect their bands from the
counter and experience the biggest Bollywood bash in the town.

18. The guests will be provided with event branded XOLO bands which are glow in dark in nature. While entertainment
will kick off, the bands can be turned into glow sticks which they can use for waving and other fun purposes.
19. Keeping in mind the covid-19 regulations, a safety kit to be
provided to the guests, having all the sanitizing essentials.

While the guests explore the exciting activities happening in the pre-function area, a couple of photographers roam
around and click their polaroid pictures, each photograph to have a unique code at the back. As shown in the
video, there will be an Interactive LED wall, which is to be created where people need to put their pictures on their
designated slots. As all the pictures are placed together, the phrase 'U ARE IN TASKUS' visually appears.
