1. COVID-19 Screening
All visa applicants 2 years old and above are required to present a negative RT PCR
test done within 3 days of their scheduled visa medical examination.
Example: If medical exam is on Friday, RT PCR can be done anytime between
Tuesday to Friday
Due to volume of tests, laboratories have difficulty releasing results within 24 hours.
It is advisable to do the test at least 2 days before your medical exam appointment to
make sure your RT PCR result is available on the day and time of your examination.
Only Nucleic Acid Amplification Tests such as RT PCR using nasopharyngeal swabs are
acceptable. Rapid Antigen Tests or saliva tests will not be accepted.
Companions of applicants who will enter SLEC building will also be required to do the
RT PCR.
RT PCR Swab
If you have opted to get your RT PCR done at St. Luke’s Medical Center, your swab test
will be scheduled 2 days before your medical exam appointment.
You may choose to do your swabbing at either of our hospitals:

RT PCR test for SLEC applicants is available Mondays to Sundays, from 7 AM-3 PM
Please proceed to your chosen SLMC hospital on the day of your swabbing and
present the following:
Accomplished CIF form
Valid ID/Passport
Registration Confirmation email
Proof of payment (if applicable)
If you previously opted to get your RT PCR done at any DOH-accredited laboratory
but later decided to do the RT PCR at St. Luke’s please go to the SLEC website
www.slec.ph and register for RT PCR so you can be given a schedule.
RT PCR Results
Due to the Data Privacy Act, retrieval of laboratory results is the visa applicants’
personal responsibility. St. Luke’s Extension Clinic will not retrieve your results.
To retrieve results, applicants have to register and create an account in the SLMC
eHealthHub.
Visit SLMC website at https://www.stlukes.com.ph and go to online services
or use the following link https://ehub.stlukesmedicalcenter.com.ph/login#
Use the PIN Number given to you to register in eHealthHub to retrieve your result.
SLMC laboratory will email and/or text you once your results are available.
You can ONLY be notified and be able to access your results by registering and
creating an account in St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC) eHealthHub.
Please do not forget your username and password

on how to retrieve your RT PCR results.
Family members can be registered in the same eHealthhub account. Just click on
the menu and add profile.
If you are unable to access your eHealthHub account you may contact eHealth Hub
Support team and call 8789-7700 ext 6099 from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 7 PM
Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM
If your RT-PCR result is negative, you may proceed with your medical appointment.
Positive RT PCR or with symptoms
Applicants with (+) RT PCR tests or with signs and symptoms of possible COVID
19 will not be allowed to proceed with the medical examination even if their RT
PCR is negative. They have to complete the required isolation period first.
Visa applicants who are close contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases will also be
required to complete their quarantine period prior to doing their medical
examination.
Fully Vaccinated applicants - 5 days quarantine period from the time of
release of results or end of exposure
Partially Vaccinated or Unvaccinated - 14 days of quarantine
Inform your baranggay or attending physician once you start your isolation.
After completing your isolation/quarantine period, you may proceed with your
medical examination.
No need to repeat RT PCR test
No need to register for an appointment again
Bring a printed copy of your (+) RT PCR result
Bring medical certificate from your local government unit stating that
you have completed the required isolation/quarantine period or a
certificate from your doctor certifying that you have completed your
isolation.

7 days isolation from time of swabbing or
