United States Air Force – Active Duty (1st Lieutenant) 96th Bomb Squadron Electronic Warfare Officer 08/2003 - 08/2006  Responsible for the defense of a five-officer, $74 million heavy B-52H strike bomber, by employing sophisticated electronic countermeasure equipment to detect and attack hostile antiaircraft artillery, surface to air missiles, airborne interceptors and ship borne threats.  Executed 22 flights totaling over 320 combat hours during Operation Enduring Freedom in support of ground assets engaged with terrorist network attacks.  Flew short notice, time sensitive strike missions against insurgent rally points and winter supply caches, employing 4000 lbs of weapons to destroy critical hostile resupply points.  Validated new 500 lb. Joint Direct Attack Munition through close urban lower collateral damage weapons tests.
