What is the
government’s role in
education?


Freedom:
“an absence of undue restrictions
and
an opportunity to exercise one's rights
and powers.”

Education:
“The act of undue acquiring general
knowledge”


“The lower the caste, the shorter the
oxygen”(Pg.17).
