• Each participant will be taken
through an assessment by a
Clinical Personal Trainer who
specializes in movement analysis
• Participants will receive three
follow up training sessions with
their Clinical Personal Trainer
• Programs will start with basic
exercises that assist individuals
in making movement easier and
more enjoyable and will focus on
activities that participants enjoy
• Once the three sessions have
been completed, participants may
choose to continue
independently, with others in the
program, or with a Personal
Trainer at the usual rate
• Individuals may become a part of
the “First Step Crew,” a network
of participants in the program
• All members will be provided with
opportunities for support and
reinforcement to sustain
movement
