10. Management Team
Ashish Jhalani has over 18 years of work experience in retail
and internet retail industry in India and the United States. Born
and brought up in USA, Ashish graduated from NYU Stern
School of Business and worked as a Consultant for Kurt Salmon
in their Retail Practice, where he helped clients such as Home
Depot, Sara Lee Apparels, Tiffany & Co., Phillips Van Huesen
devise their market strategy & operations. Till recently, Ashish
ran a very successful eCommerce venture in USA, and has just
moved away from that business to start Etailing India.

Siddharth Gaur carries over 10 years of work experience
working with the Research & Consulting teams at
Datamonitor’s India office and with Ernst & Young. Siddharth
holds a Bachelors in Economics and has extensive knowledge
of the Indian business landscape and the eCommerce industry.
At Etailing India, Siddharth heads the Strategy & Operations
teams and reports directly to Ashish.
