 Attending to customers on the shop floor by mix matching outfit and directing
customers to different department.
 Merchandising through team work in the children’s department, man’s department and
lady’s department.
 Taking orders over the phone and face to face from customers for online catalogue, and
reservations.
 Stocktaking in the Children’s section to show accuracy of stock.
 Till operation including returns, handling cash and lodging cash into the safe
