I teach a Human Biology course at Menlo College. Prior to this position, I taught Introductory Biology (for majors), Botany, Genetics, Human Genetics & Genomics, Bio-Anthropology, Evolutionary Biology, and Human Genetics for Physician Assistant (M.S.) candidates at West Liberty University. I was also the Biology Department's co-ordinator for Assessment for Student Learning.
I'm interested in development of next-generation sequencing for analyses of microbial/viral populations, and linking microbial genes to microbe-mediated processes.
