I am currently holding the role of Faculty's Director of Administration at the International Faculty of The University of Sheffield, having served in Higher Education sector for more than 20 years. I have also worked in Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, Information Services and Healthcare, holding managerial and administrative posts in a number of local and multinational companies. My current role involves collaboration with various Departments encompassing numerous aspects of service-operations at the University, supporting the delivery of the Faculty's strategy and in alignment with its business plan.
