Presentation made for the Side Event jointly organized by FOREST EUROPE Liaison Unit Madrid, the European Forest Institute (EFI) and the Finnish Forest Research Institute (METLA), in the frame of the Second European Forest Week, under the title “EXPERIENCES AND FUTURE OF SUSTAINABLE FOREST MANAGEMENT IN EUROPE”. The Side event took place in Rovaniemi, Finland, on 12 December 2013. It was also presented at the FOREST EUROPE Expert Level Meeting that took place in Valladolid, Spain, on 4-5 February 2014.
