• The picture shows/ In this picture I can see a woman in her bedroom.(1) She’s packing some
things in a plastic suitase which is on her bed. There are some clothes already in the suitcase and
some more on the bed. The bed has a pink and white quilt and a pillow on it.(2) I think/ Probably
the young woman is going abroad on holiday so she probably feels excited, but perhaps she also
feels nervous because she doesn’t know what’s going to happen.(3)

right has got short grey hair and she is probably the travel agent because she has a phone beside
her, and/ while the one on the left has got long, curly hair and she must be the costumer.(2) The
travel agent is showing some brochures/ leaflets to the costumer since she must be on
holiday/vacation and she wants to travel/ go travelling. They are making arrangements for her
holidays. The custumer is taking down notes on the leaflet probably about the details of her
vacation. The place is full of shelves with travel books and brochures.(3)
