The click dimensions marketing solution is more than just email marketing. It encompasses a number of capabilities. Everything from highly deliverable bulk email marketing to analyzing and tracking who is on your website and what they are looking at. The ability to quickly and easily build and deploy surveys, landing pages and form capture with little or no assistance from IT. Social components such as LinkedIn. We’ve solved that problem by bringing everything into Dynamics CRM user database, interface and experience. Our solution runs in the cloud on windows azure and is real-time connected to your crm. It’s listening to your website and emails. It’s checking for emails to see who opened and clicked that’s bringing all the data back into CRM. You can now utilize this information with CRM’s workflows, campaigns, dashboards, querying and reporting to get at the data. You can ask it almost any question and it will give you the answer because you’re not in the situation where the data is inaccessible by being in other data bases. All data in one place equals more power for sales and marketing. Side note. Information flows through ClickDimensions and all data resides in your CRM, not ClickDimensions. For the Partners information -The two exceptions are: Subscription Management will store their requests. The second is the Profile on the contact record for the fields you designate.
We have the Block Editor where anybody with very little training can build a great marketing email by simply pointing and clicking and inserting in the blocks. Adding content to the blocks. And going through a series of wizards to build an email. This is how we are doing our newsletters because it so easy. I sat down my second day and built a newsletter. They always look great and render perfectly. Formatting is precise. You get great output with very little expertise or training required.
With our dynamic content and our pre marker striping it is very easy to take a template and have it change based on attributes of the recipient. In this email we have sections for male/female/English /Spanish. When it is sent in CRM it says what is the language and gender and it changes the email accordingly. They call it dynamic content.
For people building emails using the designer you have Inbox preview which allows you to see what the emails going to look like for people with ipads, outlook etc. You can see how it is going to show up and render. The Spam report will show you areas that may not be email friendly.
With Split Testing you can test two versions of your email with varying subject lines, content (i.e. template). A Split Test generates additional statistics over a traditional ClickDimensions email–both while it is in the testing process and after a winner has been chosen and distributed.
The Nurture Program can perform specific actions depending on a lead or contact’s interactions with your company. It is executed based on a customer’s response to an email, such as whether they opened it, clicked on a link, etc.
