The partner submits a request, signs the agreement, and the internal teams validate prerequisites and approve the enrollment to generate an agreement name. Regional variations exist only for Deloitte and KPMG associates who must first sign an adoption agreement with their principal entity.

• OSPA is required for GSI partners to join the Cloud Catalyst
program which enables robust benefits such as training,
marketing, and better access to solutions support and cloud
environments for enrolled GSI Partners through the Cloud
Catalyst Program.
• OSPA also helps them to win strategic customer
opportunities and perform key service delivery activities will
also result in financial benefits

6. Partner action
• Partner submits the request through the
Strategic Alliance team to execute OSPA
• Signs the Offline agreement draft provided or
leverage the agreement from their Principal if
they are an Associate entity

7. THE SOLUTION
1. Validate the prerequisite and the executed OSPA
provided by the Strategic Alliances team
2. Submit the Offline enrollment if all criteria are
met.
3. Approve the enrollment to get the agreement
name generated in the system.
4. Assist in cataloging the countersigned copy after
the enrollment is approved
