PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Title Of The Position Job Tenure Organization HR Assistant May 2013 to Date International Committee of Red Cross(ICRC) Islamabad  Announces briefing for new DE.  Participates in and organizes briefing session for newly arrived national staff.  Answers all questions regarding staff regulations.  Make sure that all DE fill Personal History Forms, (PHF), EOBI Registration Forms, and Application for National Tax Numbers.  Prepares job descriptions in coordination with relevant departments and explains JD's to staff.  Prepares employment contracts for new employees.  Ensures that JD's have been properly modified after promotions, demotions etc  Prepares monthly EOBI payments and deposits for ISL & support to all sites.  Supports all offices in registration with EOBI for new employees.  Processes pension cases for retiring employees. .  Coordinates with EOBI Authorities for updating of current employees registered with them.  Keeps / updates contracts with panel hospitals /pharmacies.  Prepares Medical invoices for payment of Panel hospitals  Keeps holidays record updated in Arizona for ISL every month.  Follows with heads of departments & Admin CO the status holidays balance.  Prepares different kind of lists for different departments upon request.  Assists HR responsible in other HR matters.

Title Of The Position Job Tenure Organization HR Officer September-13, to May 2013 Sadiq Group of Companies Head Office, Rawalpindi Job Responsibilities  Personnel data base management/filing/recordkeeping.  Staff new joining, verification of documents and references.  Increment, promotion, demotion, transfer, resignation, termination etc.  Handling Staff grievances and disputes.  Leave management of entire staff and control absenteeism.  Annual increment, benefits and performance appraisal.  Handling resignations and terminations.  Preparation of full and final settlement cases of leaving employees [Compensation and Benefit settlement].  Preparation of all employee’s Gratuity and Provident Fund Cases.  Staff probationary period record and further confirmation.  Implementing Human Resource Policies and Procedures (SOPs) adopted by the company.  Identify effective recruitment channels to post openings, and reach out to active and passive talents.  Screen resumes and candidates to match position requirements.  Conduct interviews and/or co-ordinate interview appointments for interviewers on a timely basis.  Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
