Who is a Compliance Officer?
Compliance Officers are responsible for
ensuring that all corporate processes and
procedures comply with the law. And not only
the law — a Compliance Officer is also
responsible for ensuring that company
operations comply with internal standards too.

Compliance officers make sure companies
and organizations operate in full compliance
with legal regulations and industry-specific
guidelines. They also monitor internal policies
and bylaws.

What are the objectives of a compliance officer?
The objective of a compliance officer is to ensure
that an organization has internal controls that
adequately measure and manage various risks. A
compliance officer's primary role is to ensure the firm
complies with its outside regulatory and legal
requirements and internal policies and bylaws.

A compliance officer is an individual who ensures that

bylaws. Compliance officers have a duty to their
