4. Our president “ Throughout history, AIESEC’s impact model has been in constant evolution in order to satisfy the needs of our stakeholders: governments, companies, non-corporate organizations, members, social Environment. Today we understand that the world is becoming more competitive due to the emergence of worldwide production markets and broader access to a range of foreign products for consumers and companies. We understand that companies’ performance depends on their ability to access to financing solutions. We understand that the world is cooperating but still, every country is protecting their own interests. We understand that the increase in cross-cultural contacts is an opportunity for companies to increase their revenues but can be a real challenge if their organizational cultures are not transited properly. We understand that the world is well informed thanks to the growth of the telecommunication tools and that companies can no longer make positioning mistakes. In the last 3 years, AIESEC Nigeria has increased significantly in all its performance indicators such as number of talent sourced to organizations, number of young leaders empowered , number and impact of our social projects, and quality of our services to our stakeholders. This year, our strategic plan is ambitious and achievable. We believe that one of the factors that will lead us to success is to capitalize on our stakeholders by increasing the quality of our services, anddiversifying our product offering. We are constantly investing in our processes and in our members to generate high level of efficiency in impact delivery. We believe according to Abraham Lincoln: “The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next.” The quality of young people and commitment of organizations in this generation determines the quality of lives in the next generation.
