What does a Flexyforce Account do for you?
1. Self service digital on-boarding
No more paper work, upload all your documents, contracts, rates, references,
banking details, tax status into an easy to use live Supplier Profile

Your Flexyforce account allows your client / company to contract you digitally as
well as book your services or order your products via a live booking system
3. Know when you will get paid & track your payout
Your client sets your payout date based on your agreement and
you get paid on time (settled directly into your bank account ) - track your
payment status and get payment notifications via email

4. Tax Administration
As part of your profile creation you will be prompted to include
your tax information, so that the neccessary tax deductions or VAT can be
included on your profile. Make sure to select your correct Tax Profile on sign up.

You can create a profile as an individual [ freelancer, or independent contractor trading as a
sole proprietor, provisional tax payer or payroll contractor ] or as a company [ vat registered
or non vat registered ]

Digital verification & Documents to Upload
Your client would have set a number or on-boarding requirements, ranging from documents such as
BEE certificates, or tax clearance certificates, or certificates or proof of education. You simply
follow the prompts to provide the necessary information and documents as requested.

Tax preferences and Banking details
As your client may choose to pay you via the Flexyforce Payment Facility, it is important to ensure your
tax and payout preferences as well as banking details are correct. Bookings are paid according to your
supplier profile - so make sure your tax and payout profile details are always up to date.

Setting your Tax Status on Flexyforce is super easy and convenient for receiving work orders

dates to know exactly when your contract is coming
