Ask Yourself These Five
Questions

HAVE POOR
CIRCULATION?
Circulation delivers life-supporting blood
throughout your body. It allows your heart
to beat, your body to move, and your brain
to perform.

3. When this natural blood flow isn’t working
properly, it can lead to symptoms that initially
appear in the feet and legs.

4. While easily overlooked or dismissed, poor
circulation is often a sign of other health
issues, such as obesity, high blood pressure or
cholesterol, and diabetes.

5. To make sure that you’re not at risk for such
health issues, ask yourself the following
five questions to see if you have poor
circulation.

red, purple, or blue?
Unhealthy coloring is an obvious sign of
poor circulation.

unexplained hair loss
on my legs and feet?
Circulating blood supports hair growth, so
poor circulation may result in hair loss.

hands often
excessively cool?
At an extreme, your feet and hands may even
feel ice cold.

asleep" easily?
