Franak Viacorka is a digital expert and pro-democracy activist from Belarus. He works for U.S. Agency for Global Media as Digital Media Strategist, where his focus is on media markets of Russia and Eastern Europe. Franak studies Russian and Chinese efforts to control the global media space, spread disinformation, and build the sovereign internet infrastructure. Franak is also the Vice President for Digital Communication Network, he served as a creative director for Radio Free Europe Belarus service, a consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense project on Information Operations by China, «Nations in Transit» by Freedom House, spoke at various events
