(Universal Electronics Inc.), main manufacturer of remote controls in the world. Initially hired by
Crane for UEI project, thanks to its good results, the customer decided to manage directly the
operation, becoming part of UEI then. Head of Production in the assembly line for the DISH product
on a low mix - high volume scheme on a conveyor belt environment. Also responsible for Pad
Printing production for more than 500 different items in a manufacturing process of high mix - low
volume scheme, mixing colors, developing clichés, repackaging, battery / manual swap and control
of supplies. Ensuring compliance with safety requirements according to Government guidelines,
implementing the culture of protection electro static discharge (ESD) and Quality Inspection
according to standards. Production Planning, KPIs, Production Reports, Bill of Materials and
Inventory Control. Using Kanban techniques to guarantee a continuous fulfillment to production

Responsible for reporting and analyzing KPI metrics (On Time Delivery, Production Coverage, Cyclic
Counts) for Honda Management and Japanese Directors with graphics and corrective actions on a
daily, weekly and monthly basis. Liability includes also attendant to present monthly performance
results and achieved objectives to Honda Managers. In charge of receiving customer’s complaints
Trouble Reports communicate them to the team, analyze the problem together with the parties
involved and propose effective countermeasures. Able to perform 5 whys analysis to determine the
root cause of problems and educating all staff to apply this technique to solve any problem. Special
follow up to expedite shipments or any special behest of the customer. Deep knowledge on each
