7. • From 2008 I have been moved to four different factories at six month
intervals the was due to my strong technical abilities as well as very strong
people management skills, all these factories were running very poorly with
high waste records and very high manufacturing costs and a very poor
moral on the floor they also had a very high staff turn around. With some
hard work and lots of effort all these factories now run above 80% efficient
and less than 1% on the raw material waste and almost zero weekend
overtime. The staff moral is very good in all these factories!
