Dr. Franklin is an Epidemiologist with applied experience in injury and forensic epidemiology. He has over 10 years of experience in population health and program management in the areas of injury and chronic disease prevention and behavioral health. Dr. Franklin's research and practice interests include forensic and social epidemiology; public policy and population health; behavioral health; violent crime; evidence and tort law; and, abuse-related injuries.
