The Fundació Institut Català de Farmacologia (FICF) (Catalan Institute of Pharmacology) was founded in 1998 in Barcelona, Spain. More than 50 people work at FICF, a non-profit institution associated with both the Service of Clinical Pharmacology of Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron (Institut Català de la Salut), and the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Our main aim is promoting the rational use of medicines and other therapeutic resources, through various activities.
