The concept
• Success can be personal or professional – anything and everything goes! Others can ask
questions, help analyze the anatomy of the success or just share the joy
• In terms of safe space, all the discussions in the group are considered confidential
• To make sure the effort for organizing the meeting is minimal for all, meetings take place in
public, for example in a restaurant cabinet
• To avoid discussing an organization’s matters, it’s best if people don’t come from the same
organization
