Wiring Technicians / Equipment Installers are responsible for the installation of equipment,
wiring and fiber optics used in DAS telecommunications networks. Analyze, plan, layout and
assign installation activity to other installation personnel. Act as subject matter expert on
provisioning, activating and testing electronic equipment.
The work will involve the installation of cable, wiring, and telecommunications equipment at
customer premises and both indoor and outdoor DAS venues. Installers are familiar with and/or
are trained with iron work/bays/equipment rack installation, DC power know-how, wire
wrapping/color code understanding, blueprint/schematic reading and method of procedures.
REQUIREMENTS for all candidates include:
High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
1+ years Enterprise Wiring experience.
1+ years wiring experience on cable / satellite television, home network or alarm systems.
Distributed Antennae System (DAS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience.

associated documentation for use primarily on cell site construction projects. Creation and
maintenance of an audit schedule to include both safety and quality. Recommend internal and external

27. Tower Crew Lead (3)
Summary of Position: Responsible for daily supervision of crew to complete scopes of work assigned
while ensuring safety, quality, timelines and financial expectations are met for commercial deployment
of services. Work items include digging trenches, grounding, cad welding, stacking towers, installation
of antenna’s, all types of antenna mounts, microwaves, coax lines, TMA’s, RF jumpers, remote electrical
downtilts / Bias-T’s, remote radio heads, fiber/DC Hybrid cables, sweep and PIM testing, site audits and
maintenance type items.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Electronically maintain minutes of daily site safety meetings
Electronically maintain daily PPE, tool, safety supplies/equipment, equipment inspections and
site safety analysis
Promote, encourage and maintain safety at all times on all projects
Emergency response plans in accordance with BlueStream’s policies and procedures
Identifying and stopping a job when confronted with an unsafe work environment and/or crew
actions, equipment failure, etc…
Scheduling of work load on projects in conjunction with the Supervisor and assignment and
supervision of crew’s work assignments
Supervise day to day workflow of crew while maximizing productivity, minimizing costs and
maintaining safety, quality cleanliness and organization
Inspection and approval of crew and subcontractor’s work assignments
Maintain and track all customer and company assets including trucks, trailers, test equipment,
