JOB TITLE: Distribution Center Supervisor

DISTRIBUTION CENTER SUPERVISOR:
Distribution Center Supervisors rotate through the following departments and may be responsible for more
than one department simultaneously. The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are listed for each
department. Other duties may be assigned.
RECEIVING:
 Supervise and train personnel to receive and put away all product per documented procedures
 Maintain quality of receipt and put away transactions
 Maintain records for all inbound receipts per documented processes as well as non-conforming
product, purchase order, or damaged shipments.
 Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment
 Maintain acceptable production and quality levels to ensure the performance metrics of the
business are met
 Ability to maintain accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System
 Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System
 Performs scheduled reviews of assigned personnel. Documents corrective action.
 Conduct periodic meetings with assigned staff to communicate company policy, process changes,
workloads, safety topics
 Required to be on call periodically.
Shipping
 Supervise and train shipping, personnel to achieve corporate objectives in quality and
productivity
 Manages shipping orders and assigns shipping duties as required to meet customer commitments
 Develop, implement, and maintain effective outbound shipping processes.
 Work within and promote established safety and quality standards
 Ability to maintain accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System
 Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment
 Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System
 Perform root cause analysis on shipping errors and lead efforts to improve quality

CABLE CUTTING
 Supervise and train personnel to receive, cut, put away, and ship cable reels following documented
processes.

commitments
 Insure ancillary supplies involved in the cable cutting process are stocked.
 Lead safety efforts involving cable machinery and forklift operation
 Maintain acceptable production and quality levels to ensure the performance metrics of the
business are met
 Insures cable is prepared for shipment to prevent damage by carriers
 Manages Steel Reel returns for credit and cable junk recycling
 Ability to maintain accurate cable inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System
 Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment
 Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System
 Performs scheduled reviews of assigned personnel. Documents corrective action.
 Conduct periodic meetings with assigned staff to communicate company policy, process changes,
workloads, safety topics
 Required to be on call periodically.
TRANSPORTATION
 Supervise and train personnel on dock operations, truck loading, and safety requirements utilizing
documented procedures
 Manage APOD / Dock Management Systems manifesting systems
 Manage route drivers and delivery schedules to meet customer commitments
 Insure driver’s compliance with DOT regulations
 Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment
 Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System
 Performs scheduled reviews of assigned personnel. Documents corrective action.
 Conduct periodic meetings with assigned staff to communicate company policy, process changes,
workloads, safety topics

INVENTORY CONTROL

 Investigate zero shipments, receiving errors, and adjustments to inventory to determine root
cause, and provide recommendations to DC Manager to improve quality

 Ability to maintain accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System
 Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment Conduct

Job Description:
 We are currently looking for an Enterprise Wiring Technician / Field Service Technician I to join
our Professional Services team supporting our DAS Installation Group. As part of the division’s
portfolio, this team provides Engineering, Furnish and Installation (E, F & I) services to our
customers within the DAS and Wireless Product arena.
 Wiring Technicians / Equipment Installers are responsible for the installation of equipment,
wiring and fiber optics used in DAS telecommunications networks. Analyze, plan, layout and
assign installation activity to other installation personnel. Act as subject matter expert on
provisioning, activating and testing electronic equipment.
 The work will involve the installation of cable, wiring, and telecommunications equipment at
customer premises and both indoor and outdoor DAS venues. Installers are familiar with and/or
are trained with iron work/bays/equipment rack installation, DC power know-how, wire
wrapping/color code understanding, blueprint/schematic reading and method of procedures.
REQUIREMENTS for all candidates include:
 High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
 1+ years Enterprise Wiring experience.
 1+ years wiring experience on cable / satellite television, home network or alarm systems.
 Distributed Antennae System (DAS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong computer skills; MS Office and database experience a plus.
 Must be adaptable to changing environments.
 Ability to work on ladders up to 15ft., demonstrated manual dexterity, and lift/carry carry loads
up to 40 lbs.
 Must be willing to travel extensively

Safety and Quality Inspector (1)
Summary of Position: Responsible for developing and maintaining quality and safety plans and
associated documentation for use primarily on cell site construction projects. Creation and
maintenance of an audit schedule to include both safety and quality. Recommend internal and external
training for the development of employees as well as developing strategies to increase safety and
quality.
Duties / Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain quality and safety plans in accordance with OSHA, BlueStream and
customer requirements
 Develop and maintain quality and safety audit schedules
 Ability to interpret and analyze data collected
 Develop strategies to increase quality and safety output based on collected data while
maintaining a cost effective approach
 Initiate corrective action reports and measures to appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
 5-8 years of related wireless experience
 OSHA 10/30hr classes
 Safety / Rescue and climbing certified (Comtrain or equivalent) a plus
 First Aid and CPR certified a plus
 Experience managing teams and subcontractors

Wireless Supervisor (1)
Summary of Position: Responsible for coordinating construction scheduling and associated activities
supporting a wireless network, while acting as a liaison to Project Management concerning progress and
delays. Directly responsible for all aspects of construction and oversight of multiple tower crews,
subcontractors and general contractors, including safety, installation, upgrades, removals,
reconfigurations, testing and quality. Knowledge of wireless technology, processes and OSHA and NATE
regulations is a must. Technologies include but not limited to 2G, 3G, 4G, microwave and fiber networks
and DAS. Responsible for safety, quality, timelines and financial expectations are met for each crew.
Duties / Responsibilities:
 Supervise day to day workflow of multiple tower crews while maximizing productivity,
minimizing costs and maintaining safety and quality
 Liaison to Project Management concerning project bids, subcontracting, progress and delays
 May be responsible for estimates, materials and purchase orders
 Reviews and compiles operations records such as safety reports, equipment and tool inspections
and equipment and supply usage
 Employee assessment and performance metrics
 Coordination and procurement of permits and local inspections when applicable
Qualifications:

Duties / Responsibilities:
 Electronically maintain minutes of daily site safety meetings
 Electronically maintain daily PPE, tool, safety supplies/equipment, equipment inspections and
site safety analysis
 Promote, encourage and maintain safety at all times on all projects
 Emergency response plans in accordance with BlueStream’s policies and procedures
 Identifying and stopping a job when confronted with an unsafe work environment and/or crew
actions, equipment failure, etc…
 Scheduling of work load on projects in conjunction with the Supervisor and assignment and
supervision of crew’s work assignments
 Supervise day to day workflow of crew while maximizing productivity, minimizing costs and
maintaining safety, quality cleanliness and organization
 Inspection and approval of crew and subcontractor’s work assignments
 Maintain and track all customer and company assets including trucks, trailers, test equipment,
tools, PPE, safety kits, material, etc…
 Adherence to OSHA / NATE / customer and industry wireless standards and quality
 Timely and accurate response to technical customer problems and adherence to contractual
obligations including specific site access and housekeeping agreements
 Professional customer interaction
 Mediation of employee grievance, resolution of conflict in the work environment and
appropriate referral to higher level management when necessary
 Management and ordering of materials and equipment, including truck stocking to pre-
determined levels
 Ensure work is performed and completed in accordance with local, state and federal regulations,
including assistance with permits as well as inspections
 Complete and submit red line drawings and close out documentation
 Perform OJT as well as making recommendations of formal training for development of crew
 Technical support when necessary
 Punch list generation and resolution during the course of normal project schedule and in
advance of any customer inspections
 Notification to Supervisor on project progress, delays, deviations, concerns and safety violations
Qualifications:
 Safety / Rescue and climbing certified (Comtrain or equivalent)
 OSHA 10 and 30hr classes / CPR / First Aid
 Must be able to pass a drug and background test
 Valid driver’s license and insurance and driver history that complies with company motor vehicle
policy
 3-6 years of related wireless experience
 Experience leading a crew and subcontractors
 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, regulations, instruction manuals,
blueprints and specifications
 Operation and adjustment of commonly used tools in the wireless industry efficiently
 Travel as needed
 DAS experience is a plus
 Overtime as needed including nights and weekends
 Frequent performance of duties in outside weather conditions w/ occasional exposure to
inclement weather conditions
 Possible work at extreme heights and on roof tops
 Sweep and PIM testing certification a plus
 Rigging experience is a must
 Computer literate

Summary of Position: Responsible for daily construction duties ensuring that work is performed in
accordance with all safety and quality guidelines and expectations. Work items include digging
trenches, grounding, cad welding, stacking towers, installation of antenna’s, all types of antenna
mounts, coax lines, TMA’s, RF jumpers, remote electrical downtilts / Bias-T’s, remote radio heads,
fiber/DC Hybrid cables, sweep and PIM testing, site audits and maintenance type items.

Position Title: Service Line Program Manager
Department: BlueStream Program Management
Reports to: Manager, Service Line Management
Summary:
This position is responsible for developing service line vertical specific Go To Market (GTM) and
operational plans, including processes, resource requirements, operational reviews/recalibration, and
program improvements. The Service Line Program Manager is the primary BlueStream interface with
Operations, Sales, and the customer. This position continually reviews BlueStream’s service delivery
output, and works closely with project teams (project management, engineering, installation, materials
and sales individuals) to ensure ongoing success.
Job Description:
 Develop and drive Go To Market (GTM) and operational plans for assigned service line vertical
 Apply a thorough understanding of scope, processes, systems, and resources to formulate
operational plans/details.
 Extract forecasting/planning details from customers and customer-facing teams to convert to a
resource plan for engineering, installation, materials and project management.
 Establish and maintain program operational procedures and service line vertical specific guidelines
for pricing and contract compliance.
 Ensure overall program success including margin attainment, revenue objectives, on-time
completions, report card ratings, and operational excellence.
 Lead customer meetings/discussions regarding program forecasts, capacity loading, and
operational details.
 Evaluate job cost models for P/L reporting/margin review.
 Primary BlueStream escalation point of contact.
 Work with operations teams, sales, and the customer to address performance issues such as
quality and on-time performance.
 Create and present action plans, drive corrective action.
 Manage program related project quoting activities and participate in responding to proposals.

 Provide technical input, customer interface, and application review for program and service line

 Partner with sales and marketing in account planning and development to generate new revenue

Requirements:
 Four Year Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent.
 3 - 5 years project or program management experience in a service delivery environment.
 5+ years telecommunications experience – service or technical.
 Proven technical knowledge required.
 Previous experience with financial planning/management, forecasting, resource requirements planning, and
business planning.
 Effective computer skills; Windows Operating System, MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) project planning
tools, other related software

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are listed for each department. Other duties may be assigned. RECEIVING:  Supervise and train personnel to receive and put away all product per documented procedures  Maintain quality of receipt and put away transactions  Maintain records for all inbound receipts per documented processes as well as non-conforming product, purchase order, or damaged shipments.  Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment  Maintain acceptable production and quality levels to ensure the performance metrics of the business are met  Ability to maintain accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System  Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System  Performs scheduled reviews of assigned personnel. Documents corrective action.  Conduct periodic meetings with assigned staff to communicate company policy, process changes, workloads, safety topics  Required to be on call periodically. Shipping  Supervise and train shipping, personnel to achieve corporate objectives in quality and productivity  Manages shipping orders and assigns shipping duties as required to meet customer commitments  Develop, implement, and maintain effective outbound shipping processes.  Work within and promote established safety and quality standards  Ability to maintain accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System  Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment  Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System  Perform root cause analysis on shipping errors and lead efforts to improve quality

CABLE CUTTING  Supervise and train personnel to receive, cut, put away, and ship cable reels following documented processes.  Manages Cable shipping orders and assigns shipping duties as required to meet customer commitments  Insure ancillary supplies involved in the cable cutting process are stocked.  Lead safety efforts involving cable machinery and forklift operation  Maintain acceptable production and quality levels to ensure the performance metrics of the business are met  Insures cable is prepared for shipment to prevent damage by carriers  Manages Steel Reel returns for credit and cable junk recycling  Ability to maintain accurate cable inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System  Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment  Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System  Performs scheduled reviews of assigned personnel. Documents corrective action.  Conduct periodic meetings with assigned staff to communicate company policy, process changes, workloads, safety topics  Required to be on call periodically. TRANSPORTATION  Supervise and train personnel on dock operations, truck loading, and safety requirements utilizing documented procedures  Manage APOD / Dock Management Systems manifesting systems  Manage route drivers and delivery schedules to meet customer commitments  Insure driver’s compliance with DOT regulations  Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment  Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System  Performs scheduled reviews of assigned personnel. Documents corrective action.  Conduct periodic meetings with assigned staff to communicate company policy, process changes, workloads, safety topics  Required to be on call periodically. INVENTORY CONTROL  Supervise and train personnel to perform item setup in the Warehouse Management System

Issue 1, Rev B 9/30/2009 PRINTED VERSIONS ARE UNCONTROLLED Page 3 of 4  Supervise the inventory reporting, cycle counting, and reconciliation process.  Investigate zero shipments, receiving errors, and adjustments to inventory to determine root cause, and provide recommendations to DC Manager to improve quality  Supervise office staff involved with reconciliation reports between WMS and ERP systems  Ability to maintain accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System  Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment Conduct periodic meetings with assigned staff to communicate company policy, process changes, workloads, safety topics  Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System  Performs scheduled reviews of assigned personnel. Analyze, plan, layout and assign installation activity to other installation personnel. Act as subject matter expert on provisioning, activating and testing electronic equipment.  The work will involve the installation of cable, wiring, and telecommunications equipment at customer premises and both indoor and outdoor DAS venues. Job Description:  Develop and drive Go To Market (GTM) and operational plans for assigned service line vertical  Apply a thorough understanding of scope, processes, systems, and resources to formulate operational plans/details.  Extract forecasting/planning details from customers and customer-facing teams to convert to a resource plan for engineering, installation, materials and project management.  Establish and maintain program operational procedures and service line vertical specific guidelines for pricing and contract compliance.  Ensure overall program success including margin attainment, revenue objectives, on-time completions, report card ratings, and operational excellence.  Lead customer meetings/discussions regarding program forecasts, capacity loading, and operational details.  Evaluate job cost models for P/L reporting/margin review.  Primary BlueStream escalation point of contact.  Work with operations teams, sales, and the customer to address performance issues such as quality and on-time performance.  Create and present action plans, drive corrective action.  Manage program related project quoting activities and participate in responding to proposals.

Interpret requirements of customers to develop scope of work, pricing, and internal processes.  Influence customer-buying patterns to most effectively utilize BlueStream resources, while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.  Partner with sales and marketing in account planning and development to generate new revenue opportunities. Requirements:  Four Year Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent.  3 - 5 years project or program management experience in a service delivery environment.  5+ years telecommunications experience – service or technical.  Proven technical knowledge required.  Previous experience with financial planning/management, forecasting, resource requirements planning, and business planning.  Effective computer skills; Windows Operating System, MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) project planning tools, other related software
