Benefits of Sponsoring the “Some Gave All” road race
 Partner with “Some Gave All” and the Georgia National Guard Family
Support Foundation and have logo exposure in local advertisements, as well
as ability to have your website linked directly to the event website.

 Associate your company with Road Races which are growing in popularity
among those with an active lifestyle. New events are being added at a record
pace and are selling out in hours. Race participation has steadily increased in
                  the past ten years.

Involve your business with the attractive demographics of the average runner:

    The average runner:
o Is in their late 30s to mid 40s
o Is college educated (80% with undergraduate degrees and many with advanced
degrees: 42% hold a Masters Degree or higher)
          o Works in a Managerial/Professional career position (71%)
          o Is married (62%)
o Has an average household income of over $108,000 per year.
o 97% of Runners have access to the Internet (the national average is 49%)
o Over 60% have made online purchases.
 More than 86% of Runners have indicated that they would be more likely to purchase a
sponsor’s product over that of a non-sponsor's competing product.

Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation, Inc.
The Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable corporation
established in 1994 for the primary purpose of providing assistance on an emergency relief basis to soldiers and
airmen serving in the Georgia National Guard and other qualified military members living in the State of Georgia.
Although not a military organization, the Foundation is recognized as an official support organization of the Georgia
National Guard.

The Foundation is one of eight “check-off” charities approved by the Legislature for individual tax-deductible donations
when filing State of Georgia Income Tax Returns. All Georgia taxpayers have the opportunity to “pick an amount and
make it count” for the Foundation each year. In addition, it is a participating charity for the United Way Combined
Federal Campaign (CFC agency code # 70602) and the State Charitable Contribution Program (SCCP agency code #
177000).

In addition to the “Some Gave All 5K” in Memory of Major Kevin Jenrette, the Foundation has been designated as the
beneficiary of grass roots campaigns including, the Savannah Memorial Day Festival, the Kangaroo Express “Salute
Our Troops” Campaign, Books-A-Million, Assault on Kennesaw Mountain 5K and other fundraising opportunities!
Relationships have been established with the Atlanta Falcons, the Atlanta Hawks and other sports venues for
discounted tickets sales to benefit the Foundation.

As a result of contributions, both large and small, from corporate donors and individuals, the Foundation has provided
over $ 1,790,415.00 in emergency relief assistance to more than 2,085 Georgia National Guard members and their
families. Examples of assistance include payments to avoid eviction, foreclosure, utilities disconnection and
repossession of vehicles due to job loss. Assistance has been given to victims of house and apartment fires, tornados,
floods and other natural disasters. Emergency travel and funeral expenses, as well as assistance to Guard members
injured during deployment and training, temporary pay problems and more are examples of the multiple requests for
assistance that are received each week.

  • 8. Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation, Inc. The Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charitable corporation established in 1994 for the primary purpose of providing assistance on an emergency relief basis to soldiers and airmen serving in the Georgia National Guard and other qualified military members living in the State of Georgia. Although not a military organization, the Foundation is recognized as an official support organization of the Georgia National Guard. The Foundation is one of eight “check-off” charities approved by the Legislature for individual tax-deductible donations when filing State of Georgia Income Tax Returns. All Georgia taxpayers have the opportunity to “pick an amount and make it count” for the Foundation each year. In addition, it is a participating charity for the United Way Combined Federal Campaign (CFC agency code # 70602) and the State Charitable Contribution Program (SCCP agency code # 177000). In addition to the “Some Gave All 5K” in Memory of Major Kevin Jenrette, the Foundation has been designated as the beneficiary of grass roots campaigns including, the Savannah Memorial Day Festival, the Kangaroo Express “Salute Our Troops” Campaign, Books-A-Million, Assault on Kennesaw Mountain 5K and other fundraising opportunities! Relationships have been established with the Atlanta Falcons, the Atlanta Hawks and other sports venues for discounted tickets sales to benefit the Foundation. As a result of contributions, both large and small, from corporate donors and individuals, the Foundation has provided over $ 1,790,415.00 in emergency relief assistance to more than 2,085 Georgia National Guard members and their families. Examples of assistance include payments to avoid eviction, foreclosure, utilities disconnection and repossession of vehicles due to job loss. Assistance has been given to victims of house and apartment fires, tornados, floods and other natural disasters. Emergency travel and funeral expenses, as well as assistance to Guard members injured during deployment and training, temporary pay problems and more are examples of the multiple requests for assistance that are received each week.
