1. Sponsorship Contract
This agreement is rendered effective as of the date (Effective Date) set forth on the
signature page hereto by and between Reserve On Third (“Sponsor”) and Chinese
Students & Scholars Association of Indiana University Bloomington (“CSSA”), for
sponsorship of CSSA. This agreement will expire after 1 year after the effective date
signed on the signature page. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained
herein and for other good and valuable consideration the parties hereby agree as
follows:
1. CSSA Deliverables
a. Sponsor’s logo displayed on the 2014 Spring Festival Event program
sheets and all posters and fliers of CSSA events
b. CSSA will post at most 4 apartments’ pictures chosen by Reserve On
Third on the CSSA social medias: Weibo (Chinese Twitter), Renren
(Chinese Facebook), Facebook, and WeChat platforms
c. All events emails CSSA sent out through CSSA email list must include
the name Reserve On Third
d. Promote Reserve On Third on the CSSA website
e. CSSA will post Reserve On Third’s pictures twice a year, once at the
beginning of a fall semester and once at a beginning of the spring
semester, until the contract expires
f. CSSA will promote Reserve On Third on all our Chinese Student
Orientation events in about 4 Chinese cities.
2. Sponsor Deliverables
a. Sponsor will provide a total of $3000 funds to CSSA before February
7th, 2014 (Before the Spring Festival) to help support the CSSA’s event
budget.
b. Sponsor may not invite other side companies to share the 4 pictures
that can be posted on our social media platforms without the CSSA’s
consent.
3. Confidentiality
Each of the parties shall maintain the confidentiality of this Agreement and all
confidential information of the other party and shall not release, disclose or
divulge any such confidential information without the prior written consent of
the other party.
4. Termination
In the events that CSSA does not take place due to any unreasonable cause, or
violate any term stated in this agreement, the contract shall terminate; CSSA
shall have the option to terminate this agreement upon written notice to the
Sponsor if Sponsor violate any term stated in this contract or continued
affiliation with Sponsor is adversely affects the reputation of CSSA.
In such case of termination, the violation party is obligated to pay the sponsor
fee to the other party as compensation and termination charge.

2. If the CSSA doesn’t strictly follow the guidelines stated above, the CSSA
will be the cause of the contract’s termination, and therefore have to
pay the termination charge and compensation fees to Reserve On Third.
These rules also apply towards the sponsor as well.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and any
modification or amendment must be in writing and signed by both parties. The
signatures below acknowledge that they are authorized to execute this
agreement. If this accurately sets forth the agreement between Reserve On
Third (“Sponsor”) and Chinese Students & Scholars Association of Indiana
University Bloomington (“CSSA”), please sign and this agreement will be
executed as of the date signed below
