From our own work and in the specific field of conflict resolution

Empathic listening must always have precedence on any form of action
Person to person non violent dialogue is essential
– Implementation & Practice:
NVC should be taught and trained essentially in high risk areas
– Policy:
The crisis management must be separated from any political
consideration
Unofficial organisations must be identified and worked with in order to
cover all affected regions
