4-WAER

Hybrid organization versus centalized organization
•gives power to mission unit organizations. Much more decentralized or th ultimate form or
decentralization that works with people, by people and for the people themselves (kind of
participative democracy but for business tissues.
•Resources, maintenance and planning are in the hands of the people themselves. This form of
organization does not exclude some kind of coordination either at local, national, regional or
international levels.
•The essence of mission units is development made on networking and flexibility that matched real
time operations.
•Good results and ouput control needs ar people who are aware of the accounting that goes with the
responsibility, self-sufficiency, reliance, independance, transparency.
•It is not a confederation (no central ruler)
•It is not a federation (no central ruler)
•It is not a comglomerate (with various business objectives, products and services under the same
business umbrella)
•It is, the flexibility supply chain that adapt to real instant operation and fill deviation gaps in the
production.
•It is like a collection of niches making a same business activities, product or services joint in one
web real or virtual.
•The consistency of the web gives the framework to the organizations.
•The organization do not need to be big at all prices -I became perpetuity member in a company that
slogan is "they will always remained small". It is Intermediate Technology Development Group and
his founder is Dr E. Scumacher, best know in the world for his idea of decentralised Units of
productions- (Ref.: Appropriate Technology, Schumacher Centre, Rugby, UK)
Filling gaps through niches and speed and proactiveness.

I think in the concept world, one would expect to fing answer to needs everywhere, instant
whenever these needs occur. Unfortunatly, it is never the case. Rsources are scarce and, one expect
to wait to get the delivery of goods. (we may loose money, lack of temper, distruss a model and
come to an end with altenative solutions)

Before the rule of supplying goods to users was the top down approach (Operational approach)
based on planning. States were planning citizen needs and also, business used to produce with
master planning without any consideration of people quality needs. Because, nobody knows how to
produce, and the only rational behind supplying goods where based on Maslow Pyramids (In the
west -at least). Firt need was food and securities, then when these physiological needs were satisfied
, one would move to social and affiliation needs, and again when these needs where satisfied, one
would would go to the top of the need pyramid, which the social recognition and self actualization.

What I am considerignt today, that shaped our societies is mainly manufacturing (sometimes in
excess, for security reason, modern societies are worlds of plenties -as seems to show our food
markets and manufactures, as to supply food and shelters in case of emergencies, as if other scould
not deliver these services themselves.
This is the unbalance world-in one side of the world, there is a logic of mass production. This how a
centralized world behave like one center where goods flows (the top of the approach) and the other
centre where people are dependant and non influent (bottom approach). The tops are rulers the
bottom decide to control rulers with their quality needs and their monies.

The mission organizations look much more like a pull marketing (opposed to the above qualified
push marketing)- we citizen are forced to consummed and we are living in a consumerism society
without being asked -until me become more educated and more clever to assume our choice-

These small structures fills gaps
Designing such organizations and combining individuals, households, businesses, NGOs and GVTs
need an intense coordination and harmonizations, to avoid to centralized or to be a piecemeal
organization.
The link is a grouping of entities or combining entities with more or less joint singularities -like
individuals-
After all someone said: alone you go faster, together you go longer. I am totally agree with this
idea or group diversity to ensure flexibility of solving systems. To be swift, reactive, proactive,
anticipate and a longterm view of the project from concept to the implementation, there is a need for
coordination and follow-up and an hability to change also, with adversities and changes (reaction to
changes).
Of course, I believe in my concept/and design of an hybrid flood organization, the key to success is
based on individualistic people skills. Without skill, one go nowhere.
Some people are talented, they will go along way -more or less alone-
Others less talented need to be trained.

Service to clients:
I am in the optic (viewpoint) of the modern business behavior and also corporate law.
So, no oone way to get profit right.
These combined skills would naturally lead to harmonious groups and grouping -that build up the
organization-
Traditionally, they were:

-capitalistic businesses : these are the equivalent of multinationals, today,
-educational and recreative oriented businesses :no seeking for profit organization but a
development based on humanitic and human capital and well beings, perhaps this could be find
today in the new development of the Social responsability or Corporate Social Responsible business
with the need to approach trends like sustainable development and and arious environmental
concerns and
-small business (like a boss with few employees). These are represnting 80% of country production
means.

When I analyse success stories of bosses, through their own business narratives. No one is the
same and no model is totally permanent.

With the development of the new corporate law, where the boss has been ousted from his own
business as the business owner, one would expect to see new forms of organizations like:
-organization one: a good business works with shareholders in mind.
-organization two: a good business works with customers in mind.
-organization three: a good business works with staff in mind.

So, it is different because it is not the shape of the organization that matter but the motivation
behind the corporatism framework and support based for marketing niches and pull
marketing.

Objection to development theories:

Maslow pyramids of needs do not work everywhere in the world. So, how do you want to unit
people, if they have no same representation of what need priorities works. The only thing this needs
pyramid creates it to divide people.

Objection 1:

I learned, the arab world have a different pyramid: the top layer of the pyramid is communication,
then the next layer is negotiating with people, then the layer below is meeting people and at last the
management is the bottom need layer.

Objection 2:

Also, measuring money or the purchasing power gives much more flexibility of choices to people.
For instance, if you are a poor worker (more or less above the poverty line, little bit less than the
SMIC, €900 something-after your taxes being paid), an increase of your wages will drive you to
buy more goods and services, because of the lack of monies, you could not afford to buy, a new
dress, a new food, a new transport, a new bed,.... To avoid this the government has the choice to
give you food rations, free transport, free accomodation,....this is social works and social
organisation of social towards social workers that are making business of entrepreneurs. (one way
to organize societies...) Note: not all of us are equals!

Objection 3:

Those that get bonus package and living with no ISF will tell, this is a measure of my wealth. I am
worth it! That is why I get paid for it! So, no earning has the same meaning and this is damaging for
the social tissue and the cohesion of the market.
President Barack Obama has chosen to reduce the burden of taxes on his popular base rather than
facilitating the nation wealthy
The motivation of the Republicans were: give more incentives to the wealthier owner and they will
invest more.
President Obam answer that, they keep the money and do not invest where they should be, so he
prefer to release a bit of the middle class burden in order to get his target right in this way his
democratic party is balancing more left than right at the approach of the hand of his presidential
mandate term.

Objection 4:

The industry of water is describe in the boodk prejudices on water (Jean Margat, Blue horses is the
publishing house)
The international hydrologist (that worked for United Nations during several years), Jean Margat
said:
–a country may be rich with water but poor (porly equipped with developement assets). Zambesi
was cited as an example.
–a country, like Koweit with no water was fully developped, with all modern assets and
technologies
–some countries are intermediate, like France cited by the same authors (intermediate economical
power, with enough water resources.

My conclusion is: not maslow pyramids, which is at work. If it was: plenty water is zambesi would
mean that Zambesi is more devlopped than Koweit and France, as water is the physiological need
that could easily be tapped for Zambese rivers and the wet seasons in tropical and exortic countries
like Zambesi.
Obviously, one need much more than the physiological resources (and inherent needs) to mature the
country development in aprofitable way.
It the reason, why modern theorist of needs are advocating that maslow theories is just one
representation of needs and they are others like ERG, motivational theories.
I have selected the motivational theories for my organization.

I am totally agree with this idea or group diversity to ensure flexibility of solving systems. To be swift, reactive, proactive, anticipate and a longterm view of the project from concept to the implementation, there is a need for coordination and follow-up and an hability to change also, with adversities and changes (reaction to changes). Of course, I believe in my concept/and design of an hybrid flood organization, the key to success is based on individualistic people skills. Without skill, one go nowhere. Some people are talented, they will go along way -more or less alone- Others less talented need to be trained. Service to clients: I am in the optic (viewpoint) of the modern business behavior and also corporate law. So, no oone way to get profit right. These combined skills would naturally lead to harmonious groups and grouping -that build up the organization-

Traditionally, they were: -capitalistic businesses : these are the equivalent of multinationals, today, -educational and recreative oriented businesses :no seeking for profit organization but a development based on humanitic and human capital and well beings, perhaps this could be find today in the new development of the Social responsability or Corporate Social Responsible business with the need to approach trends like sustainable development and and arious environmental concerns and -small business (like a boss with few employees). These are represnting 80% of country production means. When I analyse success stories of bosses, through their own business narratives. No one is the same and no model is totally permanent. With the development of the new corporate law, where the boss has been ousted from his own business as the business owner, one would expect to see new forms of organizations like: -organization one: a good business works with shareholders in mind. -organization two: a good business works with customers in mind. -organization three: a good business works with staff in mind. So, it is different because it is not the shape of the organization that matter but the motivation behind the corporatism framework and support based for marketing niches and pull marketing. Objection to development theories: Maslow pyramids of needs do not work everywhere in the world. So, how do you want to unit people, if they have no same representation of what need priorities works. The only thing this needs pyramid creates it to divide people. Objection 1: I learned, the arab world have a different pyramid: the top layer of the pyramid is communication, then the next layer is negotiating with people, then the layer below is meeting people and at last the management is the bottom need layer. Objection 2: Also, measuring money or the purchasing power gives much more flexibility of choices to people. For instance, if you are a poor worker (more or less above the poverty line, little bit less than the SMIC, €900 something-after your taxes being paid), an increase of your wages will drive you to buy more goods and services, because of the lack of monies, you could not afford to buy, a new dress, a new food, a new transport, a new bed,.... To avoid this the government has the choice to give you food rations, free transport, free accomodation,....this is social works and social organisation of social towards social workers that are making business of entrepreneurs. (one way to organize societies...) Note: not all of us are equals! Objection 3: Those that get bonus package and living with no ISF will tell, this is a measure of my wealth. I am worth it! That is why I get paid for it! So, no earning has the same meaning and this is damaging for the social tissue and the cohesion of the market.

President Barack Obama has chosen to reduce the burden of taxes on his popular base rather than facilitating the nation wealthy The motivation of the Republicans were: give more incentives to the wealthier owner and they will invest more. President Obam answer that, they keep the money and do not invest where they should be, so he prefer to release a bit of the middle class burden in order to get his target right in this way his democratic party is balancing more left than right at the approach of the hand of his presidential mandate term. Objection 4: The industry of water is describe in the boodk prejudices on water (Jean Margat, Blue horses is the publishing house) The international hydrologist (that worked for United Nations during several years), Jean Margat said: –a country may be rich with water but poor (porly equipped with developement assets). Zambesi was cited as an example. –a country, like Koweit with no water was fully developped, with all modern assets and technologies –some countries are intermediate, like France cited by the same authors (intermediate economical power, with enough water resources. My conclusion is: not maslow pyramids, which is at work. If it was: plenty water is zambesi would mean that Zambesi is more devlopped than Koweit and France, as water is the physiological need that could easily be tapped for Zambese rivers and the wet seasons in tropical and exortic countries like Zambesi. Obviously, one need much more than the physiological resources (and inherent needs) to mature the country development in aprofitable way. It the reason, why modern theorist of needs are advocating that maslow theories is just one representation of needs and they are others like ERG, motivational theories. I have selected the motivational theories for my organization.
