3. Project Scope: Holidays ~2010
Event Developer & Planner
Developed charitable event around Toys For Kids, handled all
promotion of and execution of event.
Marketing Deliverable: Flyers, posters, PSA’s for radio, post card
size promotional pieces, & social media hype.
Event Deliverables: Developed a two night musical extravaganza
with the hottest bands playing a set each, playing together for
the first time and leveraging their following in promotional
elements to bring in patrons and donors. Attendees each
brought one unwrapped toy or paid a cover. All proceeds from
house drinks benefited the Toys For Kids.
Results: The pub generated record evening revenue for the
season year over year, raised a few hundred toys and donated
over $1,000 in cash.
